An Adventure

Daddy went on an adventure today. Lets see what he found.

That would be a hole under our cupboards. When we took out the old dishwasher we found the wood so termite eaten and water damaged that it was shocking the dishwasher hadnt fallen through the floor! So this job ended up taking two days instead of a few hours.

But it is done and here is our new dishwasher.

We are on our way to a new kitchen!

New friends

These cuddly guys are our new friends. i wanted to name them Adam and Steve but Cassie thinks Henry is a better name for hers. Jessie wants to name hers Kiki. They are super soft and pretty tame it will be fun to have some furry friends around again~

Here it is!

It has begun

We purchased the double ovens on Monday and they were just delivered this morning. So there is no turning back now the renovations have begun. Hopefully in one month it will be a whole new kitchen and bathroom. I better stop sitting around and start ripping wallpaper down on the bathroom!!! Oh yeah and we are really excited to play with this awesome box!

Happy Valentines Day to our Over Achiever

I have decided that Ryan is our over achiever. He woke up this morning not his usual happy self. So we changed him, fed him, dressed him, cuddled him, gave him some milk......nothing. He was still crabby and crying. All day he has been just cranky, what we like to call a "Crabby Patty". So on the way home from lunch as he was crying yet again I got a peek into his mouth and found ALL FOUR MOLARS BREAKING THROUGH! They certainly were not there yesterday so in the last 12 hours he has started working on all of his back molars. The top ones are peeking out and the bottoms are just huge mounds of swollen gums. But you can see the teeth just ready to come ripping through at any time. So happy Valentine Day to Booza you got four new teeth!

Happy Birthday Old Man!

It has been quite the week of celebrating Jeff's 32nd birthday and we are not done yet! Thursday Jeff opened his presents wrapped in his favorite wrapping paper. NEWSPAPER! This shirt was from Ryan
The Wii game was from the girls, and I got him the massager for his work chair. I was cheap so I didnt expact much out of it and that is about what we got.

We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and Cassie kept trying to get me to eat the peanuts. I tried to tell her that peanuts sounded yucky to me right now even though I still really like peanut butter. So a few minutes later Cassie says MOM! I made you peanut butter!!

Riding the saddle

Tonight we had a birthday party for Jeff with some of his friends. There was cake and pizza and the guys went to go play laser tag too.

Ryan LOVED the cake

It has been a great couple of days but we are not done yet. We still have some fun planned for tomorrow and the family is coming over for dinner on Sunday.

Everyone needs a little time out

The weather has been so stinky lately that Daddy decided we needed to get out of the house. So we headed off to Carls Jr for lunch.

Jess was being so funny I couldnt help but pull the camera out.

Ryan really enjoyed dipping his hamburger into the fry sauce. Then he ditched the burger and just used his fingers. After lunch we went with dad to help him pull some weeds at a house in Washington. It was a good time out of the house.

Born Free

This man is not a fan of pants! He took off and started banging on the door to go outside. So of course we let him go! He made it all the way to the end of the driveway before I reigned him in.

A place to create

Here is our new craft room. I am so excited we love it so much!
It also doubles as a gues bedroom so you are all invited to stay the night. And we can make a few crafts while you are here.

The Big Game

I cant think of a better way to spen a Sunday afternoon then with good food, good friends, and good entertainment. This is one of my favorite things about Jeff. When he eats even semi messy food he gets stuff in the corners of his mouth that I get to wipe away. It is the cutest thing.
Bubba enjoyed the halftime entertainment

I enjoyed EVERYTHING! I made Fajitas and there were wings and bean dip and TONS of desserts.

Cute girl.

Jeff, Don (Jessies favorite person ever) Jess, and Stacy. The game was great even if our team didnt win and we had so much fun hanging out. This will definately become a tradition for us.

Our own "Green Monster"

Jeffs brother Roger is a health nut who makes a drink called the "green monster". I am not sure what all goes into it but I am sure it is "yummy". SO we decided to celebrate Rogers birthday today we would paint the kitchen super green. Ok not really for Roger but I thought it would be a great way to recognize the old fart on his birthday. Here is the green going in the kitchen. It is not what I was planning but we kinda like it so I think we are going to keep it at least until we get the rest of the kitchen done, then we will see if we want to chenge it. It is definately a happy color.
