Surprise!

Todays post is brought to you by energy drinks without which I would be sadly falling behind in my demolition duties! Ok normally I LOVE surprises but when we pulled up our nasty brown carpet and found some nasty green outdoor carpet glued to the floor I am ashamed to say I was thinking bad words in my head like Stupid and Dang it! The pic above is blue carpet pad on the right and the outdoor carpet on the left.
Here we are just beginning to discover exactly how much harder this was going to be.
And two hous later I had scraped up the biggest of the four pieces and started on the second biggest.
This is the drywall all cut out so no more mold! Hopefully I will get the rest of the carpet scraped up by five and we can start on the walls tonight.

Demolition has begun!

yeah thats mold and yeah we are taking care of that next.

We werent planning on starting until tomorrow but I have been itching to see how easy the wallpaper would come off of the ceiling....yeah I said wallpapaer on the ceiling. So we took advantage of the extra help we had lured in with strawberry daquiries sp? and went to town on the back room. The pics are not in order but you get the idea. We have a long wayto go before we tile on Saturday.

I have found some really fun blogs about doing hair and I have been trying some new things out with the girls. I think these were really great. I am really excited about Cassies birthday party because I have some great hairdoos picked out for it.

Horton hears a....WHO?

It was movie night at the park again on Friday and they were showing "Horton hears a Who" so we packed up the kids and all the soft squishy stuff we could find and headed to the park. First we had to say hi to Horton.

And Ryan had a sucker....
Then we watched the movie. This is Ryan and Roslyn enjoying the movie together. Ryan went home soon after he was so tired but the girls and I stuck it out and stayed to the end. It was a really good movie and I laughed out loud a few times. Now if I could just get my allergies to calm down....UGH!

Im in a haze

I finally found someone to borrow Breaking Dawn from and I have been reading since yesterday. I did take a few minutes for lunch but it is five and I have nothing in the works for dinner. We are supposed to go swimming tonight but I am not sure I can tear my self away. I didnt even care when my friend cancelled our playdate today. Soooo is anyone else disturbed by how much the pregnancy reminds you of Rosemarys Baby?
